Perfect Packaging unveils three new shrink wrapping machines, the Combo 55, the LST 50 Super Semi Automatic Shrink Wrapper and the The FLEXO 500 S.
The Combo 55, is a combination shrink-wrapping machine capable of Sealing and Shrinking in one operation. The Combo shrink wrapper is the first complete shrink-wrapping machine.
It seals and shrinks in one operation using centre-folded shrink films with very low energy consumption and comes with advanced features including electronic controls.
The Combo 55 shrink wrapping machine will seal and shrink Perfect Packaging’s High Performance fume free polyolefin films. The Combo 55 is ideal when space is limited as its compact design incorporates 2 machines in one, only needing a single operator.
The LST 50 Super Semi Automatic Shrink Wrapper, a machine consisting of an L Sealer and Shrink Tunnel in a single frame. The LST 50 Super is a semi-automatic shrink wrapping machine.
This machine separates sealing and shrinking cycles for faster operation.
The product is first inserted in the centre-folded shrink film by the operator, sealing is then done with the L Sealer and is followed by shrinking in a compact shrink tunnel. The bottom heated belt inside the tunnel gives excellent finish all around the pack.
The FLEXO 500 S, is a compact universal packer. Suitable for shrink wrapping products ranging from 55—450mmW, 2-200mmH and any length from 80mm upwards.
The FLEXO 500 S is operator friendly, with a touch screen display, programmable controller and product memory for recurring jobs.
It is suitable for a variety of applications as all drives are electric motor driven; frequency controlled making changes fast and simple.
The FLEXO 500 S is easily integrated into existing production lines. Capable of packing up to 70 packages / minute.
The FLEXO 500 S has no welding seam on the top and bottom face, packaging is always visibly good with or without shrink wrapping.
