Did you ever think about a sausage-like packaging for your products? Clip-pak®, from Poly-clip System, Frankfurt, is an innovative and economic solution for packaging of viscous and liquid products.
All liquid and pasty products up to high viscous products can be packed into a Clip-pak® using a pump system and a clip machine.
The automatic sealing/clipping machine TSCA processes all of the standard types of film, both simple and coated, as well as laminated film.
Low priced flat film from the roll is formed and sealed to become a ready-to-fill tube which is then filled and securely closed with the integrated clip unit in a double-clip process.
Flat film ensures continuous and uninterrupted production of up to 1,500 meters without changeovers, thus increasing production efficiency.
The TSCA closes tubular film up to a diameter of 65 mm.
New: Optional equipment - the HDP
The Hydraulic Dosing Pump (HDP) is designed for medium and high viscous chemical/technical products. The volumetric dosing guarantees a high reproducibility of the filling weight and the process cycle.
The TSCA’s multifunctional control via touch panel improves the synchronization of the filling and clipping process while producing clip-paks®.
Thus a higher accuracy of the filling volume is achieved. Dismantling of the dosing cylinder for product change or cleaning can be easily done by the move of a lever.
It’s available in two versions for an output of up to 30 respectively 40 cycles per minute — which almost doubles the output rates for sticky products. The fully automatic weight adjusting by means of weight check via tendency control is an investment that pays off, because deviations in product weight are reduced to a maximum of 0.5 %.
Cost/performance ratio
TSCA will save you money! A fact which becomes particularly obvious when comparing clip-pak® with other disposable cartridges used in the sealant industry. In choosing clip-pak® packaging instead of other disposable cartridges, each with a capacity of 300 ml, you can save up to 71% in packaging material cost.
Your savings increase when comparing the double 600 ml packages. Savings of up to 79% is realized when you compare two 600 ml. clip-paks® to the standard 600 ml. Disposable packages.
Further cost reductions are provided by lower transport costs, lower storage costs for the film rolls and lower disposal costs. The TSCA — an investment with built in justification and short payoff time.
Fully-automatic process The fully-automatic TSCA operating process is unique. No need for the operator to correct the film length.
This is done automatically, so the production process remains uninterrupted. In the case that larger diameters have to be closed, the spreading of the machine can be quickly converted from 12 to 15 mm providing even larger calibre flexibility.
The transfer sealer and the automatic double clip are both controlled by one single unit. A colour touch panel with high-resolution graphics leads the operator through the individually controllable programmes of the menu.
Clear text display and programme memory The clear text display can be followed in any language required thus ensuring clear and unmistakeable communication. The operator can carry out all the settings required via the control panel.
Different product-specific settings can be deposited in the programme memory thus allowing changes in product whenever required without the need for time-consuming and labour-intensive new settings to be made.
The operator and service levels are clearly separated from each other by a security code. In the event of a breakdown, the self diagnostic capabilities direct the operator and or maintenance staff to the to the source of the fault so that it can be speedily remedied.
During the production process, the operator needs only to use the simple exterior, well-arranged switches to run the machine.
High quality stainless steel for easy cleaning The TSCA is a compact machine built of stainless steel and is therefore easy to keep clean. All the most important components of the machine are covered with protective safety glass to allow viewing at any time.
