With no clients on the books but a wealth of industry experience and knowledge Pakserv Founder and Managing Director Nathan Wardell launched the company’s website a year ago.
He began strategic marketing campaigns to communicate the existence of Packserv’s rental fleet and services to Australian producers and manufacturers.
One year later the business has grown beyond the expectations of Wardell and co- founder Karen Saad as they proudly service a large clientele from all manufacturing industries.
Wardell's career has spanned over ten years in the packaging industry with a string of very difficult hurdles to overcome including the usual start up problems and delays associated with new businesses.
He has also had some extremely unusual challenges.
"I am really proud of the company’s achievements to date," Wardell says.
"Packserv has exceeded my expectations and we are having a great time developing it to suit our clients needs.”
Packserv’s philosophy is to partner with its clients.
The company achieves this successfully by accommodating its clients' requirements by listening to their concerns.
Wardell was well aware that most manufacturers have the same concerns with their packaging requirements, no matter what industry they operate in.
"Whether it be personal care or beauty, food, pharmaceutical or automotive, they are looking for the same solutions to the same problems with their production and packaging," Wardell explains.
“I have been listening to their concerns, suggestions and requests for years but it was only when I had the opportunity to create Packserv that I had the power to do something about it.”
Wardell makes mention of how his clients are a constant inspiration to himself and Packserv’s co-founder, Karen Saad.
Having focused on their clients and the nature of their clients packaging requirements they have been able to develop a set of impressive services accompanied by an incredibly large rental fleet that is arguably the most comprehensive of its nature in the market place today.
Not only can clients hire a variety of fillers, cappers, labellers, conveyers and air-compressors but there is a myriad of exciting products available for hire that have never been offered in this capacity before.
These include ink-jet coders, tube sealers, stelvin cappers and induction sealers, representing just some of the range for hire.
“I am not aware of anyone offering the kind of services or variety of rental equipment that we are in Australia and that is an exciting and long overdue goal of mine that I have finally been able to achieve,” Wardell says.
Heading into its second year of operation, Wardell happily chats about the future.
He's now planning to expand the company even further and promises that these plans will delight his client base.
First off, wardell is enjoying re-establishing relationships with clients from his many years within the industry as well as establishing new ones.
With his unique attitude and genuine interest in his clients the company is set to become an exciting and long standing force in the packaging industry.
