Mourpak has developed a syringe filling system designed for pharmaceuticals, foods and glue.

Syringes are placed in a magazine with the plunger fully inserted then automatically fed into a star wheel and presented to the filling nozzle.

Requiring only one operator, the syringes index further till they reach the capping station where the cap is pressed on, then the syringe is allowed to leave the star wheel.
